Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
